I have used them for several years on two VW cars and have always received a great service. They are reliable, honest, professional and easy to deal with.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Superb experience from start to finish.  My Audi A5 driver window had stopped working (electric).  Mastertech were able to fit me in quickly, diagnose it within 30 mins and fix it the same day (as I was travelling from the other side of town).  Importantly Terry didn't oversell the fix as others had suggested it needed both a regulator and window motor - they advised just the regulator (I'll hold you to that :) ) Friendly, expert assistance and clearly run by a team that know VAG inside out.  I would highly recommend them to any VAG owners wanting professional and independent servicing and repairs.

Originally Terry resolved a problem with our Audi A3 that nobody else had managed to sort, the problem had run on for months and had cost a fortune. I called in at about 10:00 am with a VW Passat boot that would not open, expecting you to order the bits you might need and bring the car back as and when. It was  beyond my expectation that you would get the parts the same day and return the car to me by 14:00, all fixed. I am a musician, and the unavailability of my boot would have been painful.
