Terry Hilder
With 21 years experience in the motor trade, City & Guilds qualified at both levels 2 and 3, and also NVQ. Terry Spent 8 years at Poole Audi and Southampton Volkswagen gaining Master Technician Status along with many other VAG Group qualifications.
Terry Opened Master Tech Poole in 2012 sharing his vast knowledge of the VAG Group and has always looked to provide a first-class service backed by honesty and integrity.

Matt Sharp
With 20 years experience in the motor trade, City & Guilds qualified at both levels 2 and 3, and also GNVQ level 2 in engineering, as well as a class IV MOT tester.
Matt spent 5 years at Poole Audi gaining Service Technician Status along with many other VAG group qualifications. Matt has also undertaken IMI award in electrical hybrid vehicle awareness and safety program.
Matt joined Master Tech Poole in 2014 and is a vital member of the team.

Ben Mitchell
With 25 years experience in the motor trade, Ben completed his apprenticeships with NVQ Levels 1,2 and 3 qualifications. He then went on to work at both VW and Skoda dealerships, gaining Skoda Qualified technician status as well as class IV MOT tester and ATA Accreditations. In his 19 years within the VAG group network, Ben has gained many VAG Group qualifications.
Ben Joined Master Tech Poole in 2022 and is a great addition to our already experienced team.

Mark Cornman
With 30 years experience in the Motor trade, and a time served apprentice, Mark gained both City & Guilds and B tech national diplomas in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
Mark had been a master technician at both Volvo and Nissan before joining Poole Audi.
In the 8 Years at Poole Audi Mark gained Service Technician Status and then went on to become workshop manager.
Mark Joined Master Tech Poole in 2017.
